Maddie McGeary serves as Director of Sales Operations at WB Blends, bringing 10 years of experience in sales leadership, global operations, and project management. Her career has focused on building strong client relationships, driving operational excellence, and helping turn strategic growth plans into successful product launches.
At WB Blends, Maddie manages project onboarding, guiding products from formulation through packaging while supporting the sales team and collaborating closely with internal departments. She enjoys helping bring customers’ ideas to life and ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to launch.
Outside of work, Maddie enjoys good food, a great glass of wine, listening to music, and exploring the outdoors with her husband of 14 years, their two sons, and their dog. A fun fact about Maddie is that she once cared for a collection of more than 450 houseplants.
