The backbone of the operation. Our production team runs encapsulation, blending, liquid manufacturing, bottling, and packaging across our three-facility campus — handling up to 3,000,000 capsule bottles, 600,000 powder jars, and 350,000 liquid bottles per month.
Quality Assurance
10% of our team works exclusively in quality, not borrowed from production when an audit comes around. They oversee in-house lab testing on every finished lot, manage finished product documentation, and maintain the certification standards our partners depend on.
R&D
Our in-house R&D team handles formulation, custom flavor development, and pilot runs — in the same building as production. Faster iteration, tighter handoffs, and fewer surprises when a formula hits full-scale manufacturing.
Customer Success
Your direct line into WB Blends. Customer success manages your open orders, sends weekly Friday status reports, coordinates your FPS documentation, and ensures your questions get answered within one business day.
Sales Team
