Testing and documentation, done in house

Every finished lot is tested for heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead via ICP/MS), total aerobic microbial count, yeast and mold, coliforms, E. coli and salmonella. Results go into a Finished Product Specification that stays with you.

We are selective on purpose. A smaller book of clients is what lets us answer within a business day and send a status report on every open order each Friday.

Is your facility actually in Provo?

No, it is in Spanish Fork, about 9 miles southeast of downtown Provo and roughly 12 minutes by car. Everything happens at that one campus: manufacturing, R&D, the quality lab and warehousing.

Can I bring my own ingredients in myself?

Yes. Local tolling clients regularly deliver material directly rather than arranging freight. Coordinate with your account contact first so receiving is ready for you.

Can I collect finished product instead of having it shipped?

Yes, local pickup is available. It is a common request from Utah Valley brands who need a small quantity quickly for retail meetings, trade shows or content shoots.

How quickly can I see the facility?

Usually within the same week. Utah Valley visits are easy to schedule because the drive is short, and we can time it around a production or pilot run if you want to watch something specific.

Do you work with newer brands coming out of the Utah Valley startup scene?

We focus on brands doing $500K+ annually with a path to $1M. If you are approaching that and your product is a capsule, powder or liquid, the conversation is worth having early, because formulation decisions get expensive to reverse later.

Do you manufacture gummies, softgels or tablets?

No. Capsules, powders and liquids only.

Will being close by actually shorten my lead time?

Not the production queue itself, which runs 10 to 12 weeks for new projects and 8 to 10 for returning customers. What it shortens is everything around it: sample cycles, spec approvals, R&D iterations and freight time.
