The Quality Assurance Technician supports daily quality operations across production, packaging, and manufacturing processes within the facility. This role helps ensure products meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations before reaching retail shelves.
You’ll work closely with production, compliance, and operations teams to support inspections, documentation reviews, GMP procedures, and quality control processes throughout the manufacturing environment.
Perform in-process production inspections
Review batch records and production documentation
Support GMP and compliance procedures
Monitor cleanliness and operational standards
Assist with investigations and corrective actions
Maintain accurate quality records and reports
Communicate quality concerns across departments
Help ensure facility-wide regulatory compliance
Strong attention to detail
Organized and process-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Understanding of GMP or quality procedures preferred
Clear communication and teamwork skills
Manufacturing or QA experience is a plus
