Formulation to Fill - Handled In-House
Getting a capsule formula right means more than blending ingredients together – fill weight, potency, and blend uniformity all have to hit spec every time. Our in-house R&D team works through formulation and ingredient sourcing before production starts, so there are no surprises on the floor.
We run sizes 1, 0, 00, and 00EL in gelatin, HPMC (vegan), and Pullulan (organic). Turnkey and tolling available. Pilot runs supported for new projects – including herbal supplement capsule manufacturing where extract standardization matters as much as fill weight.

What's Included in Every Order
Finished Product Specification (FPS)
A detailed document covering your full formulation, ingredient potency, testing criteria, packaging specs, and palletization layout. You approve it before production starts.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Every lot is tested against identity, heavy metals (arsenic, cadmium, mercury, lead via ICP/MS), and microbiological parameters (total aerobic plate count, yeast & mold, E. coli, salmonella, coliforms) - tested in-house and verified through third-party labs where applicable.
Weekly Open Order Report
Every Friday you receive a full order status update with promise dates and production progress across every active PO. It's a standard part of how we run every project - not something you have to ask for.
