Caylin Cuillier serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at WB Blends, bringing 18 years of industry experience and a strong background in manufacturing operations, quality, regulatory compliance, and supply chain management. He oversees Operations, Production, Quality, Regulatory, Sanitation, Facilities, Maintenance, Inventory Control, and Warehousing, helping ensure the company continues to operate efficiently while supporting long-term growth.
What Caylin enjoys most about his role is the fast-paced nature of the business and the opportunity to continuously solve challenges and drive improvement. He thrives in an environment where there is always something new to accomplish and opportunities to help the company move forward.
Outside of work, Caylin enjoys spending time with his family and hitting the golf course whenever he can. He is also a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), reflecting his commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
