Jason Llewelyn serves as Director of Operations at Western Botanicals, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience across manufacturing, engineering, public safety, and operations management. His diverse background provides a unique blend of technical expertise, operational leadership, and process improvement experience.
In his role, Jason oversees daily manufacturing operations and works closely with teams across the organization to support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. He enjoys collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and helping teams work together to achieve shared goals.
Outside of work, Jason is an avid outdoorsman and world traveler. He is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) with more than 3,000 logged dives and has spent over 15 years teaching scuba diving. He also enjoys Flying and is a FAA-Certified Pilot and A&P Mechanic. During his time serving as a Firefighter/EMT, Jason helped deliver three children and worked directly with two sitting U.S. Presidents, experiences that remain some of the most memorable moments of his public service career.
