Keiji Johnson serves as Director of Warehouse and Head of the Safety Committee at WB Blends, overseeing receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations while helping maintain a safe and efficient workplace. His background includes five years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and problem-solving skills that continue to guide his work today.
Since joining WB Blends, Keiji has advanced through several leadership roles, including Shipping Manager and Director of Shipping, before stepping into his current position. He enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and helping departments work more effectively to support the company’s growth.
Outside of work, Keiji enjoys hiking, golfing, target shooting, and building computers. He is also an avid traveler and has visited ten countries outside of North America. Currently, he is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management through Western Governors University (WGU).
