Wendy Sprague serves as Regulatory Compliance Manager at WB Blends, bringing six years of experience across quality and regulatory compliance. She began her career in quality before transitioning into regulatory, giving her a strong understanding of both the requirements and the reasoning behind the processes she manages.
At WB Blends, Wendy supports certifications including Organic, Kosher, Halal, Informed Choice, and NSF, along with SOP management, claims review, finished goods documentation, and audits. She enjoys that every day brings a new puzzle to solve and finds it rewarding to translate complex regulations into practical processes that protect the business and strengthen customer trust.
Outside of work, Wendy stays active through pickleball and volleyball, enjoys attending live sporting events, reading, and hosting a monthly book club. She also loves international travel and spending time unplugged in nature. A fun fact about Wendy is that she plays piano and guitar.
