Ashley Welch serves as an Account Manager at WB Blends, bringing a background in account management and team leadership. Her experience working closely with both customers and employees has helped her develop strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
At WB Blends, Ashley serves as a main point of contact for brand partners throughout the manufacturing process. She supports product onboarding, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and helps manage project timelines to ensure products move smoothly toward production. She enjoys working with a variety of clients and helping bring new products to market.
Outside of work, Ashley spends most of her time with her growing family. She has two boys and is expecting her third child, and enjoys watching sports with her kids, supporting their activities, and traveling whenever possible. A fun fact about Ashley is that she secretly loves cheesy reality shows—and refuses to eat orange-colored candy.
