Jordan Gledhill serves as Vice President of Quality at Western Botanicals, bringing 19 years of industry experience and a unique perspective gained from growing his career within the company. Beginning as a production line worker in 2007 and joining the Quality team in 2014, Jordan’s journey reflects his dedication to quality, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Today, Jordan oversees all aspects of Quality, helping ensure products consistently meet the highest standards for safety, compliance, consistency, and customer satisfaction. He enjoys being part of the company’s continued growth and takes pride in contributing to its long-term success.
Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with his family, playing video games, and participating in Warhammer 40,000. An avid competitive tabletop wargamer, he appreciates the strategy, creativity, and community that the hobby provides.
