Sydnee Knighton serves as Director of Customer Success at WB Blends, bringing hands-on experience in manufacturing, eCommerce fulfillment, and customer account management. Since joining the company as its first Account Manager, she has helped build the customer success function, developed key internal processes, and grown the team to support the company’s continued expansion.
Today, Sydnee leads the Customer Success team by supporting account managers, overseeing project escalations, improving internal processes, and working closely with cross-functional teams to keep customer projects moving from concept to completion. She enjoys solving problems, streamlining workflows, and helping customers bring their ideas to life.
Outside of work, Sydnee enjoys playing video games, watching movies, and teaching herself new skills, including acrylic nail art. When she’s feeling adventurous, she enjoys kayak fishing and ice fishing. She also shares her home with a spiny-tailed iguana and two energetic kittens.
