Manufacturing services, pricing, lead times, formulations, deposits, deliverables, and ownership of intellectual property are governed by separate written agreements between WB Blends and the customer, including:
- Sales Orders
- Finished Product Specifications (FPS)
- Purchase Orders
- Master Service Agreements or supply agreements
3. Use of the Website
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site.
You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content
- Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when requesting a quote or submitting forms
4. Requests for Quote and Inquiries
When you submit a Request a Quote form, contact form, or other inquiry, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.
A preliminary quote is not a binding agreement. Pricing, capacity, and lead times are finalized only after R&D review, FPS approval, and an issued Purchase Order, per our standard onboarding process.
5. Confidentiality of Formulations
We respect the confidential nature of our partners’ formulations. Formulation details shared during quoting, R&D, or production are handled under our internal confidentiality practices and, where executed, mutual NDAs.
Customers who own their formulas retain ownership. Specifics around formula ownership, testing, and production outcomes are documented in the Finished Product Specification for each project.
6. Intellectual Property on This Site
All content on wbblends.com – including text, graphics, logos, photography, facility images, charts, and certifications marks displayed – is the property of WB Blends or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
You may view and share links to the site for legitimate business purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use any content without written permission.
Trademarks and logos of retailers, certifiers (NSF, FDA, Organic, Halal, Kosher, etc.), and other third parties displayed on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to indicate our certifications, registrations, or retailer relationships.
