Turnkey or tolling, whichever keeps the line moving

Turnkey

We buy the ingredients, supply the packaging, run production, test each lot and ship finished goods. You approve the spec and the claims. Brands scaling quickly usually take this route because it removes procurement from their plate entirely.

Tolling

You supply material, packaging, or both. A single ingredient or the whole formula. We provide the certified facility, the processing, the testing and the documentation.

Tolling suits Texas brands that already buy protein, botanicals or minerals in bulk on their own contracts. Material ships to us directly from your supplier, gets processed and tested here, and returns as finished goods, without the volume pricing you negotiated being replaced by ours.

Come see the run size before you move the line

Moving production is the part brands get wrong. The usual fix is straightforward: come and watch a batch at something close to your volume before anything is committed.

Direct service runs from the major Texas airports into Salt Lake City, and our campus is about an hour south on I-15. A single day covers most of what a scale up decision needs.

Testing that scales with the run

Every finished lot is tested for heavy metals including arsenic, cadmium, mercury and lead via ICP/MS, along with total aerobic microbial count, yeast and mold, coliforms, E. coli and salmonella. The volume of the run does not change the panel. Results are recorded in a Finished Product Specification that belongs to you.

Roughly one in ten of our people work in quality only, which is what makes testing at this volume practical rather than a bottleneck. Our lab has sent thousands of shipments to ISO accredited partners, worked through Amazon’s requirements and built deep experience with Eurofins.

Where is production for Texas orders actually done?

At our campus in Spanish Fork, Utah. There is no Texas site. Orders move by LTL or truckload into Dallas, Houston, Austin or San Antonio on a delivery date set during quoting, and many Texas brands distribute nationally from there.

How large a single run can you take?

Capsule bottling runs 2.5 to 3 million bottles a month and powder jars 500,000 to 600,000, with blending capacity around 200,000 kg a month. Practical run size for your product depends on format, packaging and the queue at the time, which is part of what the preliminary quote answers.

Do you ship full truckloads, and when does that make sense?

Yes. Once volume justifies a truckload, it usually beats LTL on both handling and damage risk, and it simplifies receiving at a 3PL. We will tell you which way your order is best shipped when we quote it.

We are moving from a small co-packer. How does the first run with you work?

Formulation or formula transfer first, then a pilot run on the same equipment the commercial batch will use, then the full run once you approve the pilot and the Finished Product Specification. The pilot sits before your purchase order for production, so you are not committing volume to an unvalidated formula.

Do you manufacture sports nutrition powders?

Yes. Powders are one of our three core formats, with custom flavor development done in house at your target serving size, filled into jars, pouches or sachets. We do not make gummies, softgels or tablets, so a line that depends on those will need a second manufacturer.

What happens if an ingredient in our formula goes on allocation?

The R&D team reworks it here rather than sending you back to a third party formulator. Substitutions are documented into the spec so the change is traceable, and we will tell you if a swap affects a label claim.

How do repeat orders work once the first run is complete?

Faster. Returning products run 8 to 10 weeks instead of 10 to 12 because the Finished Product Specification, the testing criteria and the packaging details are already fixed. Reorders are placed against that spec rather than requoted from scratch.
