The acquisition unites two complementary manufacturers and meaningfully expands WB Blends’ liquid manufacturing capacity, equipment, and expertise. With over 40 years dedicated to custom liquid manufacturing, Yellow Emperor specializes in liquid formulations including tinctures, extracts, and herbal supplements as a Certified Organic Processor and cGMP-certified facility. Its experienced team, facility, and specialized liquid equipment add significant scale to WB Blends’ existing capabilities across capsules, powders, and liquids.
